Art 1 Final Portfolio

My favorite and probably most successful project was defenitely the glow in the dark light drawing. I liked this project the most because it allowed us to have the most freedom of what we wanted to do for our project.

The project I learned the most from was the value scale drawing. It showed me how just using shades of black and white can easily make a picture appear clear as day. It also was kinda fun to do.

One of our pictures that tested my skills and allowed me to grow as an artist was the forced perspective drawings. These pictures created an illusion that obviously wasn't actually there. This project tested my creativity. And it
allowed me to greater explore my artistic abilities.

I think the least usable or not necessary project in this class was the hand drawings. I think this because not many of us are going to paint little animals on our hands. Sure it was fun but it isn't going to be able to really help us anywhere else.

The artwork I think that reflects me the most is our paintings we got to do. I picked to do a boat. I liked this unit because I  got to mix and experiment with all the colors we had. The painting was supposed to look like the boat was caught in a stormy sea.
